Italian goalkeeper Sirigu is close to joining Nice on a signature-free basis, according to Italian journalist Scilla.

Sirigu's contract with Fiorentina expires this summer and he is now a free agent. Scilla notes that both Nice and Lorient are interested in the 36-year-old Italian goalkeeper, with Nice already ahead of their rivals.

Nice and Sirigu have agreed on personal terms for a contract until June 2024 and negotiations are in the final stages.
